A scientific workshop on praticalizing the ecological irrigation solution to My Son Relics conservation and development was held by the Institute of Ecology and Works Protection (under the Vietnam Academy for Water Resources). The event took place at the My Son Relics with the participation of representatives from the provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Culture- Sports and Tourism, Duy Xuyen district People's Committee; the My Son Management Board of Relics and Tourism.

This solution is a national  research managed by Dr. Ngo Xuan Nam and presided over by the Institute of Ecology and Works Protection. It  includes 6 contents and 3 specific models of  terrestrial ecosystem restoration and conservation in riverhead forests and Khe The stream, and community-based conservation of My Son Relics .

As planned, the research will be carried out over the period 2016-2019 with the coordination of the scientists from the universities, research institutes and management agencies.
